The away game at Whitehaven has been re-arranged for Wednesday 28th June, kick off 7.30.

Not the best day to travel up there especially when you work, wonder how the players who work will go on it is to be hoped they have understanding employers who will give them time ff.

Not ideal for both clubs, we haven't a home game in 5 weeks then they go and rearrange one for a Wednesday night!! Ridiculous!!

The Knights play Fev 3 days before the trip to Whitehaven. Hardly a great week for the Knights as far as the fixture list goes.

Why do York have to play their match so quickly after a postponement when Saints and Huddersfield have theirs still outstanding from day one? Just curious

I presume both clubs had to agree to play it on that date?

From what I believe both clubs failed to agree on a date so the RFL decided on the 28th

If that is true, it is a ridiculous decision for the RFL to make. Players welfare must be taken into consideration and to ask a championship side to play 3 games in 8 days is surely going to cause more injuries to add to our woes.

The rfl should have factored in that there may have been a championship side in the last 8. 4 in the last 16 of the cup there is always a chance they could draw 2 championship clubs together

I hate to think what would have happened had it been Sheffield playing in the cup this week. Their re-arranged game would have involved a trip to Toulouse. Ouch.

It is what it is. There are no free weekends left in the season. Nothing can be done about it.
