Not interested in Fury and Joshua anymore and certainly not a fight between them now.

The sun has set on their empires, but it is rising for Moses Itauma for sure.

I thought Usyk won the fight on Saturday and his go forward pressuring would have counted for more with international judges although the scoring was too wide.

I'd still be interested.

It wouldn't be Mayweather-Pacquiao level for a late fight, but it's not quite the Khan-Brook shambles either.

It would be 2 washed up fighters having a pay and for the loser it will be his final big pay day. No thanks.

Don't get me wrong to dethrone a champion you need to win convincingly and Fury didn't do that. I know problem with the result I just think the fight was closer than the judges score cards suggested

I had it Usyk 114 Fury 113.For the judges to get a bigger score i think they will have given 6 rounds Usyk  4 rounds Fury and 2 even rounds.Take a point off Fury for the 10-8 round when he got battered the score is same as the judges.116 to 112.Although with the even rounds i think the champion should get the nod for the round but the judges probably score it 10 each.

Judges very rarely score 10-10 rounds and they didn't in this fight. The reality is that it only takes scoring 2 close rounds to Usyk to change it from a 114-114 to a 116-112. That's what happened here and why I keep making the point that if you thought Usyk won, you are basically arguing about 1 round.

I suspect that if they did give out 10-10 rounds then it would have been an Usyk victory by 2/3 rounds instead.

Well the battle of the nepo babies was pretty decent.

However, I can't see how people don't realise (including Hearn) that 116-112 isn't really a 4 round victory but only a 2 round swing.

it was ok for what it was - had they had different surnames would have made a decent undercard

Hearn as far as I know never laced on a boxing glove in anger in his life and probably that apply's to most who thought Benn won.

Dubois gets his rematch vs Usyk at Wembley on July 19th.

No doubt he has produced great performances since their first fight in Poland including navigating difficulty against Miller and Hrgovic before brutally dismantling Anthony Joshua.

Has the makings of a great fight worth watching for all the heavyweights belts I think.

Conor Benn looked like he was boxing someone two weights higher. He slung wildly for 12 rounds. Chris Eubank Junir was a bit more controlled and accurate. Neither looked like diciplined  world class boxers, but that's because they were overtaken by the enmity and the scale of the fight.

Benn was a whirling dervish; Eubanks had to abandon his plan of a steady technique to conserve energy after sweating-and-starving to make the weight. It was riveting to watch . . . raw emotion driving them beyond pain and to the point of exhaustion. Box Office in both senses.

Eubank was held in hospital till this morning.

For non-purists, whilst neither could hit as hard as in the Hagler and Hearns classic, it was a really remarkable televised scrap.

Can't wait for the rematch.

I think they’d argue they’re still around but the spotlight is firmly on the heavyweight scene and there’s a big focus on the European based boxers and promoters by Riyadh.

Had no real interest in Benn Eubank tbh but this one really peaked my interest and I’ll be tuning in

The heaviest current South/Central American World Champion is a Cruiserweight (Gilberto Ramírez), so not that far down the scale either.

Justis Huni blew his chance of a world title shot after getting caught by a lucky shot from Fabio Wardley. Was completely dominant, miles ahead on every judge's card and just got caught with one.

Speaking of Huni, one of his past opponents is Paul Gallen who has a fight next month against Sonny Bill Williams and has some interesting comments about the fight and SBW as a person on James Graham's podcast this week.

I’m not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally

I was very impressed with Justis Huni who completely outboxed Wardley in a stadium fight in Wardley’s home town.

Agree that he walked onto a heavy punch and in the heavyweight division that can happen, but even Wardley’s home crowd stayed to loudly applaud Huni.

I think Hearn and Warren will have noticed that and Huni will get the chance to regroup and come again for another run at a world title.

He has the tools and just a bit of naivety led him to continue coming forward towards the end of a fight that was already won on points.

He’ll know what to do next time.
