I will hold my hand up if I am wrong but Wire fans will regret signing Dufty before the end of next year.  These are the games he will look like a world beater in... the games against the top teams he will go missing at best and be a liability at worst.

He has been moved on from poor NRL teams for a reason.

Toulouse ultimately a few quality signings away from staying up.  There recruitment was always a bit limited -  but wonder if the chairman is kicking himself a bit now.

They were obviously disadvantaged starting recruitment later than other teams but theres been a fair bit of mid season player movement this year that might have provided the opportunities they needed.

He could easily have lost that game for Wire with his brain fart

He won't be playing against the same class of defence as in the NRL, Warrington have to come to for Dufty to shine, if he had gone to Saints as Coote did he would be hailed as as a revelation.

Apart from his try Williams was anonymous despite facing a team down to 12 men & 1 interchange for most of the 2nd half, hardly Test form.

Agreed.

This is a poor Warrington team though and he looked more like his old self playing for England against CNAS. I think he’ll come good.

Ok, ok The ref ideally shouldn't be there to engineer exciting games, however, did he need to haemorrhage any sense game play in this match?

I'm so happy that reffeering decisions don't effect results in RL.

This could have been a fantastic game.
