That Wayne Bennett was a much better England coach than we give him credit for?

Thinking about it, I think widdop was actually full back, to accomodate Lomax and gale in the halves.

 

Interesting, but it seems as though widdop has fallen off a cliff. Revered in Oz, one of the top halves, came to the UK to taste a bit of home and has seemingly gone downhill ever since
