We could do with an earlier kick off for this one if England get to the euro final. I would imagine there will be a lot of fans wanting to have a BBQ or have an afternoon on the drink before the game ( me 😎). I think we would get a few more down with a 2pm start, give folks a chance to get home or better still stay down at DP and watch it. Decent forecast for Sunday, but I’ll believe it when I see it. 🙄🤷‍♂️💙

The Euro final game kicks off at 8pm.

We have arranged a Legends ex player reunion in the marquee from 1pm

The Premiership final when we defeated London is also on the BIG SCREEN in the Northern Competitions marquee from 1pm which is when you will be able to mix with many an ex-Townie.

Town v Rochdale will ko at 3pm.

We have an excellent band on 5-7pm and then we'll commence the build up and great vibe in the marquee from 7pm.

All we ask, is that you get behind it, as we have invested in facilities to put on a great game day experience.

Hopefully it is England lifting that trophy by the end of the evening and Town have taken care of the Hornets!!

Should be a great day at derwemt park on Sunday. Hopefully everyone gets behind the boys and then stay and enjoy the game.

rochdale were horrendous when we comfortably beat them at home earlier in the reason but have really turned there fortunes round and gave us a good hiding at there place. I'd like to think we can make it 2-1 and push for a place in the playoffs

Ciaran is missing again this week with HIA and our 2 Rochdale Loanees cannot play against their parent Club so just when we thought we might get a settled line up after our win at Newcastle we lose those 2 😧

As the saying goes If it were not for bad luck we would have no Luck

Ogunwole was a winger, i suppose he's injured.  If we can't get players from Rochdale what will we do ? 🙂

Mike Ogunwole has an ankle injury unfortunately. He's a second row who can also cover centre.

A rare Sunday off work so looking forward to today, great to see a full programme of events on so hopefully manage to attract over a thousand down. Don’t know officially but a mate at haven yesterday reckons less than400 there so if you compare that to the reds having 1200 at a preseason friendly at same time it may show us a sport things need to change. Hopefully see plenty of ex players there as well and fingers crossed for 2 points to revive the season

Official attendance 331 for haven, that’s got to be difficult to survive on in that division but some fans think there was abit more than that.???

Aye well the Jam officials open the "cash only" gate every time we play there so none of it is recorded.

Looking forward to a superb day of sport. I'm sure our lads can sneak a win at home to set us up for the England game later on. UTT & UTE.

The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

Great win for Town, listening from Menorca, the commentary was basic as I am sure the commentator had never seen RL before, but fair play to Andy Mazie the Hornets CEO co commenting he gave praise to town and was very gracious in defeat.

Great performance. 1 to 17 well played. Hope the injuries aren't too bad and we can go 3 on the trot next week.

I'm not just saying this but I had a gut feeling that might happen 🙂

Superb defensive display apart from a couple of big boppers barging over.

We need to clean things up on their 20 yard area , in terms of penalties and dropped balls in attack.

Much better options with Burns at standoff and both wingers were tremendous, making good yards and HH looked dangerous . Brennan had another stormer and played big minutes .

Great performance, totally nullified the Rochdale attack, did Mc Nally take a ball in🤷‍♂️💙

The best bit is not the two points ,its  beating McNally

I’ve missed the last 2 home games with being away but seeing all the negative comments on here following those games wasn’t too sure what to expect. However that was a totally dominant defensive display and it was very good to see kicks on the last tackle that didn’t allow the opposition to make easy yards. We should really have finished a couple more of the chances we had but well done to everybody. Thought both wingers were excellent and made some great yards and Zarrin looks class at full back reading the game very well. UTT

Great win today, well done everyone, hard to single anyone out   but Zerrin again played well and Liam and Ponge had good games , both wingers looked like they had played for years,  only down side Stevies injury crack is hamstring and season finished ☹️UTT 🔵 ⚪

Yes really good team performance everyone of them, and was that Billy Southwood on the wing? If so great debut! Also Brierley excellent - where has he come from? And ref by and large let the game flow.
