Call in lying then as regards their finances, or lack of them, or overvaluing their worth?

So you are basically accusing their auditors of lying?

Pointing out again that Salford scored appallingly low for a SL club in the finances grading score.

And that assessment will be over accounting periods that include fees received for Dupree, Croft and Ackers as well as the share issue.

Difficult to see how that score doesn’t go down unless they get an investor in.

If were honest the Red Devils shouldn't be anywhere near Super League

No, but the question remains if all was hunky dory with their finances why did they then ask for their TV money in advance?

What date are their accounts from? Do you understand the difference between cash and profit/ loss?

Your original post implied that they lied with their accounts. Unless you have some evidence to support I would stay well away from those types of statements.

IF there finances were in order why did they ask for an advance payment of TV money?

Why did these things only come to light after they knew they would be in Super League in 2025?

Don’t blame IMG they aren’t the ones who made that decision. The numbers in SL is a decision made by the clubs.

BTW London under their previous ownership were a poorly run club

How much debt did David Hughes leave the club in?

What are the Red Devils debts, if any?

Because they weren’t in order.

However, there is a group of hard core IMG cheerleaders who attribute anything negative around the assessment as nothing to do with the people outside the sport whom we are paying to assess the clubs. It is difficult to get your head around the lengths that people will go to ignore the blatantly obvious: either the test was rubbish, or Salford lied.

Salford scored really, really, really badly on the financial aspects of the grading criteria.

They made up for that in every other area.

That is how this system works, and how the sport wanted this system to work.

You stated that they lied but haven’t provided any proof yet. Presumably it doesn’t exist

When was the year end for the latest accounts they submitted? Was it the same date as they asked for the advance? If not then a lot can change but you clearly don’t know what you are talking about

Neither of the above contradicts my post that London were a poorly run club. There’s more to level of debt when considering whether a club is well run or not.

And if their score goes down, and someone from the champ gets a higher grading- say for example Salford come not bottom of the league - do they get demoted ??

Yes, if Salford score less than a Championship club at grading they will be demoted.

I guess you being a fan of the Red Devils will blind you to the facts and which you will continue to ignore.

You even ignore the fact that they want their TV money in advance such is the financial mess the club is in
