The shirt Reminds me of the Brian Johnstone comment with England playing a test match against NZ as Kiwi trundler Bob Cunis came in to bowl ” Cunis approaching the wicket, his bowling, like his name, is neither one thing or the other”3 points

With respect, you're basically advocating that Mercedes should do something they couldn't. It's all well and good saying "should have avoided Red Bull" but that wasn't possible, so it is nonsense, because it literally doesn't make sense with how the race played out. How could Lewis have avoided both Red Bulls? By going long and risking the undercut from Max on fresher tyres? Then no doubt you'd be on here saying they should have covered the undercut. Lewis was faster but he wasn't fast enough to grant a free pit stop at any point. He was always in the window of either Max or Perez. He needed another car fighting with him but unfortunately that wasn't to be.2 points

Belting jersey, there some crackers in L1 this season, my shirt collection will be growing somewhat in 2022. This one, the Hornets, Oldham and the Hurricanes all strong efforts. Think Crusaders are due a new release soon and their shirts have been consistently good over the years. And please any chance of a more traditional offering from Keighley? Had enough of looking like some over the hill super hero every match day...2 points

Seems to me there's a lot of people posting here that don't watch F1 very often, or of they do they don't understand it. Simply put, the rules as they are written meant that the race would have finished under the safety car. Red Bull only pitted because they literally couldn't lose. If the race ended under safety car then oh well. If it doesn't they have fresh tyres. That's always the case; driver behind always benefits more from changing conditions. Remember Russia? Lando Norris leading as the weather changes - it was far more risky for him to pit and give up track position than the guy behind who can pit and not lose position (but also potentially gains a position). Another thing not many people are talking is that Bottas was nowhere and therefore no threat to Max/RB. If Bottas was 3rd then Max doesn't pit under the safety car because it would put him behind.2 points

To be honest my policy as a sponsor would be to pay some extra money and 100% keep all the other branding off the shirts part from the SL logo and main sponsor on the sleeves. Paul1 point

Does it look a bit better 'in daylight'. At least it has a "proper collar". And a very high turnover according to Town shop.1 point

Worst of the lot in a poor vintage. The sponsor logo seems to include terms and conditions. Hilarious.1 point

2021 was the best home shirt I've seen in years. Would have been really tempted to keep it in the Championship if I was Town.1 point

I'm more talking about a general "media creates a story where there isn't one" vibe several pundits have always had around Bielsa, probably because he rarely if ever interacts with them directly. Key injuries and squad reinforcement will decide our season I think. The reality is that in the Premier League there are a group of around 8/9 clubs who are all a run of form away from safety or a relegation scrap. Leeds are in that group and will probably remain in it till a couple of games left.1 point

lets hope hes fit and in form for the wc- although if we dont get used to playing with scrums again anytime soon we will be wasting our time1 point

Ordinarily I wouldn't be either but Oldham have really pulled it off with that jersey.1 point

Leeds are doing a programme for the Boxing Day friendly. £2, so will presumably be fewer pages than the regular season one which has been £3 for a few years.1 point

Major development news to be announced in the Spring from Hemel Stags (yes still around), a bit of good news from the South.1 point

From what I've been led to understand an hour of travel is an absolute eternity for the denizens of the M62 communities. Good on you that you are looking on the positive side of things. And all the best for the future.1 point

Bernard Ingham. If you're in need of a smile just imagine how angry this reactionary old fool must get at the changed culture of his home town of Hebden Bridge.1 point
