Wire score from a forward which the ref misses. Big scrap as griffin body checked King off the ball , king lands about 5 punches.

Ref gives the try wrongly and just ignores the fight.

Should have been no try, penalty to Wire, yellow cards for griffin and King.

cheers

I can tell you I was getting really nervous with a Leyther crossing the line (Higham), it would have been hard to lift my head up here if they had won

Superb win and game for Giants , and the relief when local lad Leroy ran the length of the field with Nathan 'riding' him like a Grand National winner

:D :D :D :D

Good finish, but it would have been harsh on Hudds if Wire had scraped it. The Giants fully deserved their victory. They looked out on their feet towards the end though - if I was Mick Potter I'd pick them.

As much as I hate myself for saying this, I'd love to see Hudds play Saints, beat them and face Wigan in the Grand FInal. That would give us something fresh - Saints in the Final is getting a bit tedious.

Obviously, Wigan hammering Hudds in the final would be good, too :D

Agree totally. Tense, tight and too close for my liking but the Cudjoe try, i) was a brilliant finish, the icing on the cake and ii) probably puts himself into England contention.

TRL Wire nonesense aside, Warrington overachieved tonight by getting so close, they even made Huddersfield amateur in slowing down the play the ball, but all in all a good season for them.

Ahh well, one trophy will do, know your place! :P

Well done Giants

Good season for the Wire competitive all year, won a shiney thing, see you next year in the GF!

As for the game, I started well neutral, then went waaaay too claret and gold for my liking, im made up for the fans and the team, great effort.

So Sts v Huddersfield

Leeds v Wigan

Huddersfield v Wigan grand Final

Even as a Wire I am sorry but Westwood is nowhere near as skillful as Super Sam or Ellis.
