He will get a fine for kicking a drinks bottle that didn't hit anybody, and probably wasn't seen on TV or by anybody in the ground? FFS get a grip on reality. Old Frightful
Hull Tigers have sacked their manager, Mike Phelan. http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/hull-city-sack-mike-phelan-live-the-latest-news-reaction-and-next-manager-odds/story-30029389-detail/story.html He was doing such a good job as well. "When I saw the Pistols and The Clash I realised it didn't seem that difficult, they didn't seem like they could play very well either, so the thing was to form a band then work it out. We didn't even know who was going to play what - we passed around all the instruments until we found what we were comfortable with. I wasn't comfortable with any of them so I became the singer." Niels
They have made a good appointment with Marco Silva I think. If they back him in the transfer window then it will be interesting. At least they have tried something different stay up. They were just in freefall with apathy from support ers.
Niels
He has made a successful impact already. They looked confident again on Saturday with organisation and pace. They have some difficult games now so be interesting to see how they progress.

I hope they turn up with a near full strength team as I have paid a whole ten quid to watch this. It will be a good test for Fulham (and Hull) who I hope will still be in with a chance of a play off spot later in the season.

Old Frightful
Well, the Mackems certainly came up trumps but that was supposed to coincide with several goals for the Scousers at the KCOM and that, unfortunately, didn't go quite as I'd hoped. Liverpool Rover
Instead of people saying "remember when Leicester won the league?" It will be "remember when Leicester won the league and were relegated the year after?" Most of their players don't look interested.

Niels
They had a good result tonight - it could have been a lot worse. It will still be extremely difficult but I think the aim tonight was to make sure the tie was still in the balance for the second leg.
