MattSantos
No gym in a long time as i'm quarantined from the office as part of BCP. Being out of a routine really kills me. I occasionally do a pack of cards workout which is: Hearts - Burpees. Diamonds - Lunges (per leg). Clubs - Press Ups. Spades - Squats. Ace is 15, King 13. Shuffle the cards and away you go.. 105 of each (210 lunges). Quite tough in the sun! 1 Running the Rob Burrow marathon to raise money for the My Name'5 Doddie foundation: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ben-dyas

Bob8
The weight loss was a bad sign. I walked to boxing training, but did not take part. I went home and ate about six meals yesterday and slept. Starting to feel better! CanaBull
Various things had me away from the gym this week. Stress tends to manifest on one of two ways, I either eat nothing or feckin' everything. This week I ate nothing. Weight plummeted to 156.6 lbs from 161.4. Nearly 3% body weight gone in a week. Not good. Scary. Did a slower 33 minute 5K this morning but feeling it. Need to get some fuel in.

It's low for me. I changed diet as I had painful kidney stones and I think this is the cause of the weight loss. I was on the upper border for BMI so it's actually more healthy for me. I was the same weight today (70.76 please Shadow) so I've maintained it. I am still eating less though.
Maximus Decimus
Did the Chester 10k today and rather unbelievably I got the exact same time to the second as my last one (50:12). Disappointed as I wanted to get under 50 but it had some serious hills that slowed me I reckon. Onto my first half in May... 3 A Widnesian in Ireland blog What is the best system for Super League? MattSantos
118 Exercised every day so far, suspect i should see a weight drop to around 116 shortly. Try and push for under 115 and keep it there before pushing on to 110... Seriously considering ordering some dumbbells for home! I wondered this. However it may be more damaging for me to stop exercising. Also I work at the NHS now, in a building where patients visit, so there seems more risk there.
