gogledd
Barrow, Cougars, Town and a draw at Hunslet. Don't like predicting our game, but we are at home and we are on a roll and we will have a big crowd,......so lets make it seven on the trot!
fearnowt
With growing interest in the Cru, no Super League or Championship games on Saturday, and the usual Bank Holiday influx of "heartlanders" in to North Wales, I think there's a good chance of our first four figure crowd since our Championship season in 2014. A win for us will see us equal our longest winning run of 7 games and could effectively see us securing a playoff place (assuming there are no more covid postponements). This would be a fantastic achievement considering we had to leave Wrexham to survive just four month ago. No wonder the whole club is buzzing at the moment. Of course Rochdale will have their own ideas about the importance of winning, so it promises to be another great game at Stadiwn Zip World. So if you are in North Wales for the weekend, please pop over to Colwyn Bay on Saturday, you won't be disappointed. Any Super League fans attending the game, please, please, bring your chairman with you so that he can see the value of League 1. 4 Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-ay; My, oh, my, what a wonderful day, Plenty of sunshine headin' our way; At Stadiwm Zip World, Colwyn Bay! Johnny Ringo
Barrow Crusaders Cougars Donny Hunslet. Interesting weekend once again, Barrow need to fix whatever the have been doing wrong, it could be back in their hands if Donny are as strong at home as they were last Sunday. That's a fairly common occurrence. Workington got a crowd of 1,457 last week, higher than at least 2 of the Championship games. In fact I'd say ours and Barrow's average for this season is higher than about 6 of the Championship clubs. I’m not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally

Hopefully with Oldham and Swinton down the two coming up give it a bit more of a boost.

Rowan
Barrow's gate may be down a bit on Saturday - the football team are at home to Bristol Rovers 3 pm) which, for some folk who follow both clubs is probably a better attraction than Raiders v. Skolars.(2 pm) Don't know why we are playing on Saturday unless it's at London's request. A thousand plus after two defeats at Crusaders ad Donny would be a good turn-out

Bit odd really cos Haven have had a pretty good season on the pitch. 1 I’m not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally

Just nice to know that the three teams likely to go up will all bring more to the comp than those going down.

Rob Nash
https://www.doncasterrugbyleague.co.uk/article/905/news-|-squad-named-for-workington-clash Really strong squad. I'd take Matty Beharell's selection with a pinch of salt. If he's playing and he's fit I'll be delighted. Fantastic scrum half. Possibly the most competitive player I've seen for us. Old school half. Rob Nash
I'd wait and see how Doncaster v Workington goes before predicting a home draw. If the Dons lose then it's in your hands. If Dons win then Cru's game against Keighley becomes massive. Edited August 28, 2021 by Rob Nash
