My twopenneth on the Holmes try after watching it several times . I thought Manu  fell off and didnt complete the tackle and Wighton passed the ball with noone in contact with him .

That's my take too.

Put it this way, if that was an England winger scoring and the ref disallowed it, I wouldn't be happy.

Sat in the queue to get out of the carpark. What a god awful place to get to on a Friday night. Missed the first 15mins due to everyroad being closed diverted or covered in cones. Loads of people queueing to get into carparks after KO. Bad choice to hold at elland road on a Friday.

Yeah cos they’re not used to having 40,000+ crowds turn up there are they

How the would I know, you peanut 😂😂😂

It's Movember, people are growing facial hair for cancer, its the kind of thing that happens on tour, blah, blah, blah.

So the tour captain obviously doesn't agree with his teammates, or you are just talking sh!te? Which is it?

Well I can only assume from the facts we've been given about brotherly bonding through facial hair that the tour captain, having shaved his off in a show of defiance against movember must not support raising money for cancer. Unless of course its nothing at all to do with movember and Australians just hsve awful fashion sense. It's the second option BTW.

There's nothing wrong with up to date facial hair but in Europe no one (very few anyway) under the age of about 50 goes for a moustache these days, in fact hasn't for decades, especially not one that wouldn't look out of place in a 70s porn film.

And it's certainly not just cos they're 'on tour', Australia has to be the country in the world with the highest moustache to population ratio from what I've seen, and I'm including women in that stay as well.

Because Australian men aren’t prone to worrying what others do & say, young blokes growing silly beards, moustaches, goatees, etc has always been a bit of a lark, nobody takes themselves too seriously, you lot need to chill out a bit, you’re all highly strung & cranky, I think it’s the bleak environment

Not my experience of Australia at all.

In fact I'm beginning to wonder if you have actually ever been to Australia.

It was a belter of a game. I've seen games with far better quality, but the commitment from both sides was outstanding, it was one of the more physical games I've seen for a while. Australia, as they so often do, just managed to find a way to stay in the contest even though they were being outplayed. Then later on when the tide turned and Australia were on top NZ did equally well to just keep hanging on.

However, if England get the job done tomorrow I will go into the final more confident of beating the Aussies as I have ever been before. They are there for the taking.

Great game in front of a decent crowd.  Wanted the Kiwis to win to have a final without Oz for once, but can't complain about the advert that that spectacle was for the sport that is RL - brilliant stuff.

you’re welcome, but it seems your brethren on the forum want us to POQ so we might not be back

Be comforted in the fact that many, many, many people have been saying those words with regards to confidence for over 50 years 👍🏼

You must have hung out with other soap dodgers?

I lived, for a number of years, in an apartment on King Street in Newtown, there always seemed to be plenty of soap to be had.

I suspect you actually live in a tent in Norfolk, or somewhere similar.

Tbh what he's saying seems to really be getting into the realms of trolling now so im off to bed.

When Australia stop cheating at RL, learn to cook something using anything other than a bbq, buy a razor, get a haircut, catch up on the last 40 years of fashion and remove the giant, fibre glass shrimps from the side of the road then maybe ill respect them a bit more.

See, we bleak, miserable northerners can stereotype as well! Night all! 😘

I suspect people living in a tent in Norfolk would have lots in common with the punters getting around King Street, are you sure you used that soap every day? Eh? Cmon?.. 🙄
