@LeonardThe Jillaroos and some of the Kangaroos congratulating the England wheelchair team. That’s called RESPECT.

It certainly is, lovely to see. That's what make this game great - respect.

I don't think they are that far ahead but have too much class in the spine positions as usual to edge everyone else out.

Its definitely not as good, imo, as the Aussie team that went before it with the Queensland greats in it.

Spot on.

I think we need to play them more, to get closer. They say Origin and the NRL in general help them with the intensity...and they're right.

By the way, "we" rest of the Worlds teams are closer than in 2000, for sure.

And if in the next match it isn't , because the ref thought it wasn't and you did ?

Make it simple , encourage players to go for the intercept , and not be worried about getting it wrong

They can be encouraged to go for the intercept by giving the benefit of the doubt.

Australia always find a way, always seem to find an extra gear.

My point being they didn’t have it all their own way but you’re right they ALWAYS find a way.

Tedesco and i really rate cam Murray are about the only players who would be in contention for vintage kangaroo sides

Grant would rival Craig Wing for a bench spot in my Kangaroos team of the 21st century and Addo Carr merits contention.

Oh God, what are we going to watch for the next few months? 😱

Always best to go with opinions , rarely does anybody have different ones ? 😂

Well, I was thinking...

England and NZ are better than Samoa. I'm not saying England should have won, but maybe they would have given Aus a game.

It's their fault (as they had a terrible game in the sf) and they'll have to work, but we're not so behind.

Moreover, knowing we could have won... hurts more.

definitely. I was just thinking where would i put this team in my lifetime of Australian teams and its a tough one. The 80's and 90's squads were ridculous and the 2007-2017 as i mentioned the Queensland lads, that was a fantastic side. i'd probably say i'd put this lot in with the 2003-2006 years which was an era that was very even really with Lockyer the main difference.

Ado carrs ok, nit sure he’s anywhere near the likes of Eric grothe, ET (on the wing) and a fair few others.

What a player he was.

And that GB team would have deserved more.

There's an actual competitive world cup starting tomorrow, watch that.

Nah, unless either England or Wales get to the semi-finals.

Then I'll cheerfully be a massive hypocrite and get into it.

No place for the PDRL team?

Not an official World Cup. It'd be nice if they were there, but I can see why not.
