I doubt we'll see Milford in an international jersey again, unless there's a huge injury crisis.

Awful way for poor CHT to bow out.

A short UFC-style clipping elbow from an Aussie. Staggering that an awkward yet intentional connection such as that isn't a red.

Really poor look for RL to see a player knocked out from an elbow that the assailant could have pulled out from delivering.

Something like that simply has to be a red, if we are serious about head contact.

Australian rugby league is on a different planet to the rest of the world.

They don't need to have their own referee or any help with referee decisions.

Funny thing is they always get both.

And yet we see full backs/wingers catching the ball and dropping to the floor every game , with no intention or attempt to regain their feet

Maybe the would be tacklers should stand over them and when the ball carrier gets to his feet drive them backwards?

That last Try has killed the atmosphere in the stadium, unless Samoa can have some resurgent play and some luck this is set to be a pretty sterile last quarter

Well, that "no try" cheered people up a bit.

Absolutely. He was diving for the ball and brushed the boot.

It was a far more legitimate charge down attempt than most challenges you see. You see kickers taken out time and again, and far later too, without penalty.

To'o in the corner! Samoa get the egg off their side of the scoreboard.

There is a reason why the want aussies reffing them.

They don't want to leave anything to chance..

No matter how efficient they are.

Rugby Union the only game in the world were the spectators handle the ball more than the players.

They do , and usually the ref will shout held as soon as they touch them
