Bulldogs back on home midden as they take on York in the Jo Cox Memorial game which sees free entrance to all , lets hope missing speccies turn up for this game and see what a magnificent team we have and want to return for rest of the games this season and boost the home crowds for rest of the season, unfortunately i'm MIA as got to work

Very hard today, an old JK arm-wrestle. If anything York had the brightest bits, especially Jesse Dee, but we held on. Nobody stood out really; all 3 halves did a steady job, Reilly had good legs in his first spell, Benny was busy, Wardy was our best runner but I'm going for those who did the hard, unappreciated stuff.

1 Ben White; regular half breaks, pushed players around into positions and was our version of Awdry's Fat Controller.

2 Aiden McGowan; took everything, missed nothing abnd ran in and out very well.

3 Kieran Buchanan; took a lot of stopping, came in for a lot of strongarm tactics I thought but paid it back with some superb tackling.
