Applied to join League one in 2026.

I wonder if they will be under the same constraints as TO if accepted i.e.  paying transport costs of visiting teams.

So flights Birmingham to ...? I'm guessing Barcelona then the train would be cheapest. Or Bristow to Bordeaux then train.

Definitely a holiday to be worked into this

What is the end goal? Unless it is to be a SL club it seems pretty pointless and detrimental to the French game.

I'm all for French clubs in SL but adding teams needs to be properly planned and SL must be willing to expand to 3 French clubs, if such an event transpires.  If that is a real possibility then great.

It's another semi pro team spreading the development of the game in the area taking away from the RAH RAHS.

Great idea if only we could rustle up a Dutch L1 team too.

Why not fly direct to Carcassonne?

Birmingham to Stansted is only 2 hours by either road or train.

Yea but the airport parking etc adds to the cost. Brum airport I can get a lift free. Don't get me wrong it's an option.

Think I flew from Liverpool to Carcassonne twice in 2000s for RL games but no idea what the options are in the current climate.

Stansted only, it seems.

It is interesting that this doesn't appear to out people off.
