GET IN!!!! Some flaws in that performance but the absolute definition of grinding it out. Second half we ground Barrow into the dirt. Two tremendously committed teams. Great advert for the game. Great advert for the Roughyeds.

Red card for was it Broadbent? Looked like the ref was trying to give an Oldham red card too, but maybe changed his mind. Top win though

Fantastic win! Pitch was a real leveller and some excellent kicking from Barrow kept them competitive but our strength and class showed in the end.

Good game and Oldham played well  especially in the second half making fewer mistakes.

They've obviously they've had a good pre season which shows the Club is as professional on the pitch as they are off it .... impressive !

Another very good performance, especially second half when we really turned the screw on the opposition. The forwards looked powerful, especially the Chapelhows, and the younger players like Astley and Aldridge looked assured. Turner and Wardle were hard to deal with, and Wildie and the half backs steered the team around the field well and we were good value for the win. 

Swinton away next, if they beat West Hull. Lovely stuff.

Other teams will be taking note..

Agree he has shown in a couple of games now that he is ever alert. Also looks solid in defence.

Deffo one from each side. The Oldham lad sent off had plenty of blood coming from his head, definitely came off 2nd best
