Take both Frawley from Leeds and Drinkwater from Warrington and both sides would be improved.

Frawley has been going ok, we definitely missed Croft today

Brad Arthur obviously doesn't know the SL laws on one-on-one strips, as he bemoans ''three bad calls in a row'' that culminated in the yellow to Fusitua.

I certainly understand his frustrations on two of those three calls.

Fusitu'a was sin binned for preventing a try scoring opportunity, Lisone was sin binned for striking, didn't see either myself.

Both fusitua and Ashton were going for the ball, which they both missed, it was a very harsh yellow, but Warrington knocked on earlier in the set which wasn’t given.

I don’t think we had enough to win but that wasn’t a three score game imo

It was never a knock on. He clearly knocked it back.

Weren't both Lisone and Tai binned for unnecessary handbags?

Iiirc he said to tai, he'd just warned players about running in, however he was blaming him for attempting to tackle 100mph 18st lisone, who wasn't pulling up cos the ref had blown his whistle for offside.

That's what I thought was harsh.

No way either of them were aware if the whistle going.

He then sent lisone for the retaliatory open handed strike, which sam disputed.

It was all a bit of a mess, williams was lucky he wasn't sat down for his behavior in that

Well played Warrington toughed it out. The more I see the Tai challenge on Miller in the first half the more I see a shoulder charge.

The more you look at it the more you should see his arm coming out around to tackle him

Thought it was as clear a professional foul as I've seen tbh.  Ashton clearly didn't have the ball when Fusitua tackled him.

No watched it numerous times it went clearly back, no unbiased observer would say anything different., I wouldn't have sinbinned the Leeds winger but given a penalty.

Well, I though Leeds would have a better dig at that but fair play to Warrington

My Wire friends are happy and Leeds hopes of a top 6 on a thread.

Croft a big miss today.

Well done to London and Wigan. Saints still very average imho !

I think the bin was for the fact that at no point did Fusitua seem to go towards the ball, just the player.   Ergo, professional foul as you say.

The sky coverage seemed to suggest it was a must win game for Leeds, and now they have lost, next time is also a must win game. The levels of analysis are just astounding at times.

Exactly, went for the player completely ignored the ball.

He tackled him for sure after the ball had bounced above them. That was more because they came together and ran into one another in an awkward manner though - at least that's how I saw it. He didn't tackle him with the thought of preventing Ashton running away to dot down.

I think it's harsh to call what he did a professional foul. Just a penalty in my opinion.

It was the ‘clear scoring opportunity’ and looking for a penalty try that’s my issue, they were both ahead of the ball

Yeah, Ashton would have had to be Superman to leap backwards out of the field of play to get to the ball.

It was just a coming together in close proximity. The ball had bounced above and away. They had gone passed it. A penalty for Fusitua's tackle, but no yellow card. I think it's a real stretch to call it a professional foul and a try-scoring chance.

Good win for us, Leeds played well and were well in the game but we turned our chances into tries.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Sky joking about the Lisone forearm into the throat by looking at a miked-up Josh Warrington and saying that he knows a good punch when he sees it is a pretty bad look.

Didn't have a clue who he was but all of that stuff was cringeworthy.
