A player coveted by many on this forum and 8 less years on his clock than JD. With the exception of his separate stays at Catalans he hasnt played as many as 40 games for any of his previous clubs…and he has had more clubs than Jack Niklaus. It seems your club probably couldn't afford him anyway.
shrewsbury roughyed Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 https://www.seriousaboutrl.com/#google_vignette Article on our Mr Wardle on this site. Pretty much er, paraphrased (lifted) from ORLFC but good publicity nonetheless. 1
Oldham Valderama Posted January 24 Posted January 24 Come on Oldham, when is the website gonna be updated with the new season squad photo's showing all the players in their new snazzy kit? Both home & away kits are belters this year, its a shame not to show them off
Happyed Posted January 24 Posted January 24 No Mack Yei in the squad again. Does anyone know if we’re likely to see him in a yeds shirt at all?
sheddingswasus Posted January 24 Posted January 24 It says in the preview to the Wigan match that he was still recovering from the operation 1
Jimmy DoNut Posted January 24 Posted January 24 Mackenzie was interviewed by George in the 1895 bar before the Wigan game & said he just needed to build up his general fitness now. He was also filmed doing some running in training this week. 3 1

shrewsbury roughyed Posted January 25 Posted January 25 PLT was on the starting team sheet at scrum half for HKR against York in Holland. HKR second string beaten by York. Early days but I think York will be tough to beat this season. 1
chiefgeneral Posted January 25 Posted January 25 York are a very good side and have been for a few years now 3

bosman69 Posted April 17 Posted April 17 With an increasing injury list and the retirement of Koppy and rumours re ET as well as the suspension of Jumah I suspect we will be looking at either recruitment, more use DR or both.

shrewsbury roughyed Posted April 21 Posted April 21 Christian Wade, ex England RU winger and NFL player signs on short term deal for Wigan. Possibly see him learning his craft on DR at some point?
bosman69 Posted April 28 Posted April 28 According to the widnes forum and an article in Widnes Today we are signing back rower Ryan Lannon effective as of now. Clearly nothing official but watch this space 1
The Art of Hand and Foot Posted April 28 Posted April 28 Apparently we've signed him for next year, but he's been told he can go now. According to the widnes forum. Fans are not happy. Wonder if Danny L wants to come home? 1
shaw llewellyn Posted April 29 Posted April 29 A bit more youth would be good although I think Lannon is only 29. Eribe Doro, Oldham born, would be good but he seems to be a SL prospect.
