Well after all the shenanigans and mud slinging going on down the road, we have our last match on Sunday against Newcastle, hopefully a good win to send Muzza off in style at home,   let's try and bring a friend and prove we can put a good show on, remember the ladies are on earlier against Barrow and District and need our support it's always great entertainment and great rugby on show. UTT

"Last match"? Why you not going to bother coming down to Boundary Park on the 1st September to help us celebrate receiving the trophy? Methinks you meant last home game!

Even more of an occasion now with Buffer calling it a day and it being his last game at home for the club.

Barrow Raiders District Ladies pulled out. 

Every plan made affected. We've decided to show the Doncaster play off final win in the Northern Competitions marquee from 1pm. 

Please join us, support us. As we try to salvage the day's plan. 

Scott Pearson is singing in marquee from 5pm. 

Buffer tribute in between sets, please join us.

The club are pleading for support and wish I could make the 390mile journey but alas not.

When I last looked the BBC table had not included today's result for Town, so can see where Craig was coming from.

We will play the Midlands at there place in the 5th 6th eliminator.

WHEN THE BBC  UPDATE TODAYS RESULTS   WE HAVE 18 POINTS  THE SAME AS HURRACANES .                    BUT THEY HAVE A BETTER POINTS DIFFERENCE  SO ARE ABOVE US  . THIS IS A BIG IF  , IF WE WON OUR LAST MATCH  AWAY TO OLDHAM , AND THE HURRACANES  LOSE TO HUNSLET , WE WOULD BE 5TH .
