Youve waited all game for an excuse to say that haven't you?

This thread is like Graveyard Jonny bingo.

It's also completely wrong as usual, Young being in position was the reason the ball went back in field.

Great from Welsby to keep playing. Well done Ashton, who has been fantastic.

Really good offloading in that set.

It was a strange post to single out that player.

We're watching a good, skilful, physical entertaining test match... and that's just unbearable for a certain type of mentality.

Great to watch, this game. Refreshingly open, perhaps because there’s not much riding on it.

The England players are clearly enjoying it and turning on the style.

It's a continuation of how they played in the World Cup, until that disastrous semi final performance anyway.

Noble is embarrassing.

Every man and his dog knew Lewis was going to come on for Clark - He is apparently incredible confused.

And then he thought one of Williams or Smith was going to go to 9 instead of him?

Did that come off Welsby's left arm? I thought there was a suggestion that it reared up, but I wasn't sure where it hit him.

I thought so at first, but the replay didn't show anything and the way Welsby continued suggested it was all clear.

The only angle was hardly helpful.

its not a test match - its very predictable as predicted - a cobbled together opposition - fresh off the plane without even a warm up game - some lads on a jolly  against a home team who are always gonna have the advantage

see you later undertaker - in a while necrophile

There was no indication of a knock on when watched again.

Ethan Havard's footwork so underrated. I love it when he just casually steps and someone goes flying past him.

Doesn’t look like he moves that quick! Yet he clearly does

Plenty of improvement needed by England. Lots to enjoy, but some sloppiness.

I suppose as you'd expect.

NRL clubs are surely looking at him. Tough, big, athletic.
