Most interesting aspect of the 19-man squad is the return of Sam Day. Not sure Robbie Ward has offered much more (albeit from limited opportunity) than Sam and so happy enough with that even though it's a tough game to return in. Davies (suspended), Cording, Roche and Bostock all missing from the pack, Channing still out injured too.

What happened to Foster has he gone from the club .now

Foster has had an operation on his hand - he is done at the club for the time being, they might be back in for him next season

Im hearing foster is finished at fev , and the fact he travels over with craven to training etc (when he shows up ) would confirm that,

in my opinion foster is a quality kicker but didnt offer us much going forward now kyle as found his kicking boots we no longer need him when hes fit , for attacking wingers see briscoe

Twitter sometimes gives a few clues here - Craven was making some mischievous tweets about Foster not having been seen at the club for a while, and Foster on his Twitter feed hasn't mentioned Fev on Twitter since the start of July - congratulated Hull FC on their season  but not a word about our 3 great wins in a row at the backend.

In the three games we've played them this season there hasn't been much difference in the sides. Three diabolical errors cost us the game .The first two were inexcusable but by the time Thackeray knocked on time was running out.

Yes gifted them a 12 point headstart and 18 points today really through them errors

Thought it was a great game - weve had 3 classics this season v Leigh that were all in doubt until the last minute and couldve gone either way

Again like the other two games we have to say we are bitterley disappointed not to come away with a result

Proud of the players though, they had a real dig - its about time we showed up in the 8s

Bring on Batley in two weeks - after that today a win could really be on the cards

    Thought the players put in a very good performance today and our pack without Bossy and Davies still held their own.We lacked a bit of direction at times when pressing in the second half but the effort in defense was 100%.Bet the Leigh supporters were sweating a bit at 22-18 after investing in their squad over the last three seasons i will not begrudge them being promoted to SL.

They are saying they played badly on their forum which is the norm for anyone that falls below high expectations.They must have saved all their bad performances when they've played Fev.They are not too far ahead of us but they do deserve a crack at super Dooper again and I wish them well. Fev will build next season and be a force once again whether or not we will be facing Leigh again.
