Good stuff. @Wiltshire Rhino has just done Day 4, like the fine man he is. @Saint 1 is doing great. @gingerjon has been doing well on the weight, but we need a report.... @Damian has made us proud. I will be next on the bag on Saturday evening. @Johnoco owes us a report @Niels has been doing very well @tim2 has been exercising well (particularly in the circumstances) I ran my first 10K in ages the other day. I've been sleeping badly so had a couple of days off. I'll try to get out in the morning, provided I sleep. 1 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. Maximus Decimus
Week 3 Day 2 14, 19, 14, 14, 21 I thought it'd be getting easier! I'm a bit concerned also that I'm starting to cut corners as I'm getting tired. A Widnesian in Ireland blog What is the best system for Super League? Bob8
Final test: 84 Not too bad, pretty pleased with that. Feeling good up to 50, doing them in sets of ten with a breath in between, then upto about 65 with a breath in between each five, then pushing them out one by one. Note to add, that means I caught up with @bobbruce, except he did it after eight other sets of press ups. bobbruce
Still a big jump though makes the 100 seem a bit more achievable once you go past 80. I think we are both one or possibly two weeks away from the 100.

Bedford Roughyed
Week 4, day 3 - 23, 28, 23, 23, 34 Had an extra day off between day 2 and day 3. 3 With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. CanaBull
Didn't do the week 5 exhaustion test this week, pretty safe to say I'd do over 50. Spent the day making a veggie Indian feast instead. Which was then all gone in about half an hour lol. Back to week 6 tomorrow.
