NW looked a good team on the video against Barrow  , But we are a better team  . So get behind the lads  get the win then roll on Doncaster  London and Hunslet .  UTT

Watching the Cru v Raiders highlights, NW looked a handful in the middle of the park and had good attacking kicking options. They also effectively targeted Ritson defensively.

Should be a good game on Sunday, hope we get a good crowd now we are top and pushing for the title. UTT

The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

Looks like same squad as last week with Marwood in for Ell on rugby league. com match centre. Only 19 on their but alphabetically Wellington and Wilson will be other 2, they are always missed off.

Shame about Elliot and Gabe not being there to bolster the backline , who plays out wide against Ah Van and Massam will be interesting

Looking forward to our visit on Sunday - need to be up early for the 2pm kick off (thanks for that!) Not so many of us travelling, just a minibus as loads of people away or on holiday, but we'll be heard!

See you all on Sunday.

Looked like Dec had a sling on on the training photo from today. Not sure if it was though. Anyways, right 1st half with towns fitness showing in the end for a 14 point victory. And donny to realise there not absolutely useless all of a sudden and to beat Barrow by 8

the futures bright, the futures blue and white

Really don't know what to expect tomorrow. We've had 1 run out in 6 weeks against West wales. These have won 5 on the spin. Hope for a dry day and some entertaining rugby

Game day!! Seems an eternity since we were at Derwent Park. Its certainly going to be a tough one, there in the middle of a great run and look to be playing some decent rugby. Give it your all boys and let’s get behind them. UTT

These lot are much improved in the second half of the season but I think if we can keep the errors low and no silly penalties inviting them up the pitch and we can win in. 32-18

No Dec and no Matty, Caine on the bench, hopefully he’s not carrying an injury.

We seem to be pussy cats when defending!!!!!!!!

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

We might look fitter but if we don’t defend better then ………
