After seeing what good old Degsy has written in the programme it'll be interesting to see just how much h effort the Leigh players put in.

Looks like he has been consulting Chris Chester on how to motivate your squad

You've shown more dedication to that post than Marwan has to most of his RL projects.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Leigh 10 Wakey 18 arf tarm.

England RU Coach Eddie Jones : "I spent a bit of time up at Hull and I like the full back there Connor, he's a tough, skilful player"

Jake Connor : "I've never played Union, it doesn't look that hard, you never say never but it looks too boring for me"

Now Leigh 26 Wakey 18.

Scoring up to now has gone Leigh 10 Wakey 0, Leigh 10 Wakey 18 and the current score 26-18.

8 mins left and Leigh have a player in the bin now for use of the forearm. The ensuing penalty sees Miller fail to find touch.

Jeez.

Brierley another in the bin for Leigh, 11 v 13.

Fortunately for their fans there's only 90 seconds left.

Wakey have chucked out a forrered pass.

Jeez.

Butler owes his team mates a pint after getting himself in the bin like that. Idiotic

Good game , when I saw it was Mr Hicks in the middle my heart sank , but we sneaked it with some good play and some great defence by Ryan Briearley

Beat the Giants next week at theirs and it'll be our second best/worst SL campaign 😂

If wakey had not sacked Chester and allowed him to see out the season, then that game today may have been enough to keep you with in a whisker of not getting relegated.

I will catagorically state having been in attendance at the game that Leigh did nothing different to all the games they have lost, Wakefield played terrible and let Leigh win, just thought I would get that to the forefront for all those armchair fans who will be convinced that is the reason Wakefield lost.

Nothing but honest comments from you as always Harry ,as a Leigh fan you come across as totally rational in your opinions.

Regardless well done on the win:)

I will categorically state having not been in attendance, that’s exactly what the radio commentary team stated.  Own worse enemies was the most used phrase.

Very true Harry , that's despite having loads of changes again from the last game , just less mistakes ,and a bit of luck today

Wakefield were dreadful. But today and the Salford game were probably the only two times we’ve been able to field a full pack, with three middles on the bench. Had we been able to do that throughout the season we’d probably have a few more wins, given the standard of SL at the moment.

Having been in attendance Wakey had a chance to roll at 10-0 but didn't, Leigh threw the ball about second half and got about even ball all game unlike most, it did mean more to Leigh today being at home. We are 6 players off being truly competitive in SL

19 versus 13 is hardly fair even if it is Leigh.
