No, I don’t want him to believe he has to “man up and get on with it”.

Its an awful phrase.

Surely the question should be will he go to Leigh or Fev?

Why isn't he going back to Cas' then?

What's 'Love Island'?

Is at all like that programme teenage girls watch that my granddaughter and her mates talk about?

It’s like treasure island only without the parrot

£100k?

He'll likely earn 7 figures from endorsements and sponsorship following the show

There is something dark and base about modern economics if endorsements and the like earns more than useful jobs like nursing or teaching, but hey fair does fella.

Maybe he could single handedly save RL?

Perhaps plug the money gap in the Game.

Even clock up enough dosh for Cas to rebuild "The Jungle." . 💪🏼😃🤙🏼

You do think the future is Leigh for Jackie.

Sun decks and ex Love Islander seems a match made in heaven.

While this is very much for another thread... yes that pretty much sums up the way the world has gone.. add to that 1 premier league footballer earning enough in a couple of months to pay to refit a ward of a hospital (maybe a slight exaggeration but really not very far off when I remember the debt I used to deal with in an old job when i worked for a company making Healthcare equipment).

Probably Harry , lots of ' in-depth ' discussions about ' connections ' with each other when in the real world they'd all be copulating within hours of meeting , but they can't because they're being filmed 24/7

Cas have released a statement that he’s visited the training ground and been offered help via their welfare officer. They’ve handled it well.

Maybe, just maybe all the years of State of Mind and the general shift in focus on mental health in young men has resonated with O’Neill and hopefully, in doing it, he’s helped others, too.

Hopefully they'll recommend ending the god awful show before more contestants start committing suicide , classic British culture , ' build them up just to bring them down ' , the search for fame that might lead to fortune

I hope he gets the help he needs and I'm glas Cas are going to help him. I also can't envisage a situation where Cas don't resign him if he decides to return to the game.

It is good that Cas are helping and of course getting help for him is fantastic.

As to going back to Cas that will all depend on  whether a life appearing on things like Celebrity Bake Off and Dancing with Bruno seems more appealing than being tackled by RL forwards.

Bruno has been long gone.  FFS!  Do keep up.

Wilkin having a go at Love Island when he'd be the first on Strictly or I'm a Celeb, but they don't know who he is. I hope O'Neill gets the help he needs, and it raises questions about the kind of evaluations they do before people go on.

I surprised Wilkin hasn’t mentioned he has been on all three shows and won.

No one ever talks about the positives, as Jimmy Carr might say.

This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.
