Or is it?

1 & 2 are both Christmas movies as they are set at Christmas.

The question is, is a movie set at Christmas always a Christmas movie.

In Rocky IV, Rocky Balboa and Ivan Drago fight on Christmas Day in Moscow but I wouldn't call that a Christmas movie.

Jam Eater  1.(noun. jam eeter) A Resident of Whitehaven or Workington. Offensive.  It is now a term of abuse that both towns of West Cumbria use for each other especially at Workington/Whitehaven rugby league derby matches.

Never seen it.

Or Love Actually. Or most of these films come to think of it. I have seen Home Alone though.

Of those three, Die Hard is the most entertaining. Definitely worth your time.

That's a neat trick if you can pull it off.  I'm going to do Deadpool when it's my turn.

Just finished watching it again. Many references to Christmas in it including Christmas music being played several times, people being wished a Happy Christmas, the Christmas office party of course, dead guy in Santa hat, some graffiti at one point that reads 'Merry Christmas' (the scene where Gruber is snooping round the roof and pretends to be one of the hostages), McClane having a giant Teddy Bear as a Christmas gift to his kids, people whistling Christmas tunes, the last line in the film being Argyle mentioning Christmas. There'll have been loads of other stuff I've forgotten as well. I think there's enough references to Christmas there.
