Bevan French is one skilful, clever player. In that grounding the way he pulled the ball back in to protect and then lunged for the line was brilliant.

Very very clever, brilliant sense of awareness.

Wigan need a lesson in how to use the overlap they have created.

Catalan deserve this, they have been ruthless.

Proper towelling. Are we watching new Super League champions?

If Catalans hold their form, they have to be in the reckoning. And they still have a few guys out injured, I think.

When Catalans have all their big guns on deck they look like the best balanced outfit in SL!

Pearce is picking Wigan apart and Tomkins adds guile and class. The energy of Mourge has more of a free reign when those two old masters can run the game.

Really good performance by a strong Catalans outfit!

I posted something before the season started along the lines of "with Wakefield's luck, Johnstone will probably play week in week out for his new club with barely a scratch".

What an hammering. Catalan will take some stopping to be champions this season.

They may well be the reason why 2023 isn't Warrington's year.

Mr Tomkins may get his ear bent after the kick.
