DG70 Posted November 1, 2023 Posted November 1, 2023 Matty Foster to Salford, could be a game changer, an inspirational signing by Salford...
Mark Posted November 2, 2023 Posted November 2, 2023 Matty Foster was on loan at Swinton last year and was an absolute star getting through tons of work, this could be another Dupree that turns out a great signing for them. Maybe he’ll do better for the Bulls. I’m much more bothered about losing Cozza, I thought Dan Smith was distinctly average. 1

I wasn’t really that impressed by Cozza, although to be fair, he’s young and could improve. Decent work rate, but can’t say I saw him break many tackles or make breaks.

Could be a gem of a find. Happy to see Trinity scouting the globe for talent. They’ve amassed quite a good back room staff this past week too from Hull FC, Hull KR and Huddersfield. New owner seems to be putting foundations in place to set up a good season. 2
OL14.yeds Posted November 3, 2023 Posted November 3, 2023 Oldham sign Elijah Taylor on a 2 year deal.

Ragingbull Posted November 3, 2023 Posted November 3, 2023 John Davies confirmed by Bradford. Said the only reason he didnt sign a new deal at Fev was that he couldnt be sure he was going to get paid every month if he stayed. 2

JD wasn't offered a contract, which hasn't been popular with the fans. Obviously Ford doesn't rate him as I can't imagine he was one of the top earners.

Was a no brainer really Except he’d have stayed at Fev if we had offered him a contract. And it’s nice to see you signal the demise of Fev, hence meaning little pressure on us next season. I for one, am really looking forward to next season, with Fev as ‘underdogs’ against such titans as the Bulls and Trin.

Yes, if they managed to do it on a consistent basis. One year's selection in the dream team doesn't mean a whole lot if they fade away after that.

OK probably a bit like Smithies who gets to play for England v France when better players are really not required, come the series against Tonga he can't make the squad.

What exactly doesn't that mean mate? You are starting to come across as extremely bitter, and tremendously boring. 1

I can only assume that there is another Morgan Smithies then.

Then, as is typical, you aren't checking hard enough. He is in the squad for the game tomorrow. I would point you to the source, but I'd rather you found it yourself.
