Wigan are doing some brilliant stuff in getting the crowds in at the moment, as well as playing some entertaining rugby on the field. But jeez, the design of that post is really amateur and not really befitting of their standards.

They have also mastered the art of shrinking your capacity until your crowds fit quite nicely.

I'm not criticising Huddersfield but overall it's sad that for a team in our sports top league that the answer is moving to a smaller stadium.

I think it's entirely sensible that a club like Huddersfield are looking to move away from a 25k stadium. That's well over double the SL average and Huddersfield aren't even close to that average. It has always been too big and that's never going to change.

I think it's the right decision, just making an observation

Looking like 2000 from Hull for Friday against Trin should be higher than the HKR crowd as HKR brought 1700, assuming the Trinity fans come out in the se numbers as the last 2 home games we might crack almost 8500

According to Sky Sports commentary at HKR game , they said  capacity is 8,065 . Has this changed ?

The South Stand Terracing wasn't full against HKR, Hull have sold the South end out pretty sure the capacity will be to 8500 or near to it

Thanks @Forever Trinity , but I was thinking more on a safety level . If capacity was set at 8,065 for this reason then won't it be the same again , or is there extra terracing now

Extra terracing at the South end and corners of the North stand done, these were completed just in time for HKR but that should increase capacity

Do you know if they've been signed off by the Council and a safety certificate issued for extra capacity yet?

Salford vs Huddersfield tonight.

Are there any historians in the house that can tell us what the record lowest (non-London) SL attendance is?  Could that record be broken tonight?

It's just been posted on the match thread for today's game - July 2nd 1997 PSG v Salford in Paris, crowd given as 500.

It could be a low crowd and poor quality game. Is the grading system reviewed each season of every 3 years? Think Salford’s place in SL could be under threat

Just been on the Hull KR ticket site looking for a spare for a mate, and Rovers only have 3 seats left on sale, all of which are resale tickets (seats of members who've said they can't come). That means there's already 10,400 home tickets sold... hopefully given it's a Sunday afternoon Leigh will bring a good crowd with them for the away section.

Bit gutted to see the weather forecast. Bright sunshine this week, would've been great for the first daytime Craven Streat... but of course it says it's going to be piddling down at the weekend... 🤬⛈️☔

It's 13 now, and over 2000 tickets sold.

Wouldn’t expect the Leigh allocation to sell out, but certainly 650-700 which is the most we’ve taken there in a while. Hoping the rain holds off as I’m planning on seeing what Craven Streat has to offer!

Shame we couldn't sell BV out without a large away following. In time hopefully.

Particularly given it was sold out against HKR with a smaller away following. Bit weird , really.
