Saw Catch-22 last night, as with most on here (apparently) I read it in my 20's, and found it hilarious, last nights episode was a bit slow, but will stick with it for now.

20,000 Christians sign a petition to Netflix? Did 20,000 actually watch this on Prime, or are they just guessing because someone else took offence? and may I point out that most of the Discworld novels have the finger of Mirth pointed at some "God" or other, are they going to call on "Penguin" to ban them, despite being published by "Corgi" (The Queens favourite publisher?).

Good omens is on amazon prime (as was lucifer before it was cancelled last year then renewed by Netflix )

probably indicates that most of them haven’t watched it.

I think this was probably one of the best documentary series I've ever seen. I think one of the reasons is that the makers were, and still are in love with both sides which is rare, to say the least, when the subject's war. The reasons why are fairly obvious.

No idea, but I assume it is someone Adam Hills met via his Warrington PDRL experiences. He tackled a dummy of Josh Widdecombe, which basically disintegrated.

It might be controversial... but I am quite liking the new new new Top Gear.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

One from a year or two back, but the Mrs and I have started on The Young Pope on Sky

Looks gorgeous, well written, thought provoking, great soundtrack and Jude Law is superb.  

It possibly will help if you were/are Catholic. 

 

English, Irish, Brit, Yorkshire, European.  Citizen of the People's Republic of Yorkshire, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom and the European Union.  Critical of all it.  Proud of all it.

Yes, it is one of our easy ones when we have had a tough day of toddler battling! A nice easy watch with some pretty sharp humour, and I must admit Sofia Vergara is more watchable as every series passes! :kolobok_cool:

I misread this at first and nearly asked you what sofa viagra was and do you get it though the NHS and does ckn have a supply chain we could dip into?

I watched the last couple of episodes of Chernobyl this week.

Fantastic series, can't recommend it highly enough if you've yet to see it.

Utterly gripping from start to finish.

Watched the last episode last night . Totally gripping from start to finish , tv drama at its finest . Superb acting n writing . Incredible reading that the official soviet death toll was .... 31

Not an easy watch at times, but very good. Some of the scenarios played out that would have been considered unbelievable fantasy just a few years ago are now quite plausible. Unfortunately.

Much of it was filmed very close to where I live (for example the beach scene and the camp in the final episode).
