Cheers chaps.  Thanks to everyone that nominated me, I'm really chuffed with the award.  I've enjoyed everything this season and being asked to manage the club site is something I see as a great honour. 

 

It makes me think of my Grandad who took me to my first game at Watersheddings.  We sat up in the old E stand on the Herbert Street side and I think it was some kind of Oldham v a GB side about to go on tour.  It was that long ago I can only remember it in black and white.  I reckon if he were still alive today, my Grandad would be proud of me.  If anyone knew him, he was called Harold Schofield.

 

Anyway I now have to source a penguin suit and get Lisa a new frock

If I remember right, Jack Dearden started out writing a piece in the oldham programme. Think he may have something similar in the Latics programme. Before you know it dave you'll be doing the Bolton wanderers commentary
