Everyone seems to be putting G Burgess in and he's been terrible this year apart from this week. I think over the season T Burgess although not great himself has been better than George.

Is Currie out for the season? I assumed he was. If he gets games in before the end of the season then he would probably be pushing for that 24.

As a Cas fan I like Shenton, but he's been very hit and miss this season. Had some awful games for the first 30 mins or so, but then been cracking from after. Yes he's created a lot for his wingers, but he's also dropped a lot of ball this season.

He needs to look long-term and not at playing in this world cup, he has played for Ireland in the last World Cup as a teenager.

Rugby is only a short career so if fit, he will want to play on the biggest stage, whoever it's for

I'm biased but there is, rightly, no way Bennett will leave Ryan Hall out given his experience, how well he is playing this season and that he has been consistently outstanding for England for years. In 2015 when he had a poor year for Leeds maybe he should have been dropped by McNamara but it's very hard to argue that now.

Agree. 32 tries in 32 internationals means that he takes chances on the big stage. You may only get two passes in a scoring position in big test match and quality players take them.

Hate picking squads...but I'd pick Roby over Clark,makinson goes as cover for wing & fullback,gales gets the nod of course,the twins have to get their heads screwed on over the next month to even be considered....bu I hate picking squads lol
