DavidM Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 If you’re talking about Fui’s discipline then Acton makes him look like Mother Theresa . Total headbanger !
town4me Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 I'd have fui back. Will still do a job in C1 and as someone has said he's unstoppable near the line.
bobg Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 If Fui comes within the budget I would have him back no problem, did well for us last year and should never have been sent off at Bradford imo, at our current level he is a great line breaker and yes plays in 20 mins spells but games are turned our way during that time.
GeordieTownie Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 You don’t get an extra game ban if you shouldn’t have been sent off in the first place. Hes got a reputation so will get bigger bans going forward. if you get a player who misses a quarter of a season but plays less than 60% of the minutes in the other 3/4 is that good value?

Read the report it's laughable and watch the video at worst it's inconclusive.

Ridiculous, the video clearly shows the Referee waving play on in the first instance from within 10 meters and only when consulted by the touch judge who was 30 meters away and not with a clear view of the tackle, and he probably put pressure on the inexperienced referee, then the action was taken. However water under the bridge now onwards with or without Fui

I doubt we would be getting him when there is other forwards we have targeted apparently they appear still to be free agents. Yes he was,Leon said the board were talking to his agent and Leon wanted him in his team..?

Billypat Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 If it was a super league game it would have been shown on baz and Terrys biggest hits .offside yes .hard yes dangerous not in my honest opinion

The report was a disgrace, it pretty much admitted they think there was nothing wrong with the tackle but they weren't sure, so we're just gonna ban him anyway, useless tossers.
GeordieTownie Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Well the lad had a broken nose so I’d say it was high. Possibly a clash of heads but still dangerous. But I agree they’re taking the fun out of it, although not to the extent they’re doing it with union. Bring back the biff.
IanMac Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 Interesting reading the town review of 2018 in times and star saying there is at least one more ex super league player expected to join. Let’s hope he’s a good un.

havenhater Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 Agreed but it seems Leon trusts in Jamie and Carl.

Carlisle1921 Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 Haven announcing another signing tomorrow, i wish we would announce one soon, its been ages since our last one and our squad is still far too small
