Our forum colleague Bearman (aka Ron Banks) has been taken ill and is currently recovering in hospital in Coventry.

I've known him for a long time now and his contribution to getting the Bears to where they are today cannot be underestimated.

Let's wish him all the best for a quick and full recovery.

Absolutely. He did post on the Health Thread yesterday. Creating the perfect word 'clap tripe' which I think neatly sums up my posting style.

I did see his post yesterday and couldn't work out what was going on. I thought to myself, 'this is either a very good spoof or this guy is really poorly.' It seems it was the latter. Sorry I wasn't smart enough to fathom the truth.

Get well soon, bearman! Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery. As they say in Greece, 'Perastika!'
