The irony. How’s Ben Flower getting on?

Two years ago I would say this would be a brilliant signing. His knees look absolutely shot now. He hobbles round the field these days and it is a sad to see based on how good he was. Wakefield s

Well we can hope, after yesterday we need some light at the end of the tunnel.

Quote from the article

Sharks coach John Morris said the club had not received a request for a release from Fifita.

"It's all speculation as far as I can see," Morris said.

"We've had no approach from Andrew or his management so I'm not going to get drawn into any comment."

Does he play for more than 10 minutes per game?

Will take a few weeks to sort out a visa etc

Don't forget the Oultons.

This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.

It's almost beyond belief that Trinity believe he's the answer to their problems, but it does confirm where their problems truly lay. They could have kept Pauli Pauli and he would have provided more than Andrew Fifita ever will, application and commitment are words you would never use in conjunction with him.

Pity we never considered the Krays, they would have given us a bit of bite.

Bloke once told me we nearly signed the chuckles , but pulled out at last minute when we realised they were only brothers

Are you suggesting Pauli Pauli is better than Andrew Fifita? That is a remarkable claim.

The light at the end of the tunnel, is the light of an oncoming train.

When some individuals have a downer on the head coach at Wakefield,Chris Chester,a coach who has disciplined the brother of the intended target,it must be some quality man -management to persuade the player to leave the other side of the world.

Interesting times,perhaps

No reserves, but resilience, persistence and determination are omnipotent.

Not saying he's the answer but he's several levels better than Pauli Pauli at anywhere near his best.

Bloke told me when we signed Pauli Pauli, we were sticking to tradition of signing twins. Club were really peed off when they realised it was only one player.

Wakefield should resist the temptation and if they have that sort of money available then get a really tough middle forward who can play long minutes. Get someone like Emre Guler from Canberra on loan until the end of the season. Can't get in the Raiders team at the minute but is a great player.
