I knew it would opnly be a matter of time before this seasons stadout would be offered a super league contract

Given past behaviour, I would not put it beyond London letting Abbas go for free  "such is our standing in the game" as a certain owner puts it

It's only a couple of seasons back that we were being told that the pies were awash with wing talent and would have difficulty in keeping them all, since then they have moved two on and look like they are shedding another (Manfredi) Is signing someone who failed to crack it in the NSW cup a sign of their ambitions or their financial standing?

Abba Miski is a Lebanese international representative. To be part of a team that includes NRL stars like Mitchell Moses, Adam Doueihi, Josh Mansour, and Alex Twal is pretty impressive. Miski has done well for London. Wigan will give Miski the English fan base and television stage that he deserves.

Currently Wigan still have 2 wingers, one is injured.  1 of the 2 that left has since not played much due to injury.   A playing life is fragile.

At one point we were to have reserve grade.  Where has that gone.  But it has gone and it's hard to see how Wigan could keep 4 wingers of that calibre.

I’d be surprised if this actually happened.

I paraphrase for effect. The full original statement is highly disingenuous.

Wouldn’t be surprised if we sign him after all we are heavily linked with Mason and Thornley for the third time.

Mason?

Thornley would be a shocking signing…

Vaguely remember him playing the odd game for Manly, don't recall him being anything special at all.

Strong with ball in hand, shaky under the high ball

Nothing like adding quality to your playing roster and those 3 are nothing like quality.
