If and its a big IF Newcastle can turn London over when they meet, then they have an outside chance of catching them, but I think 6 points will be too much to close. Of course I don't expect London to get anywhere in the playoff's, but they should make them now London also face Haven away which won't be a given
The Blues Ox
Sounds like an exciting day all round. Im not reading too much in to the Fev game, it went pretty much as I expected and they will be hoping to have bodies back and Toulouse to have played a few more games in the lead up to the playoffs. I do think this helps the RFL make a decision regards promotion though if they change the structure and expect top to be automatically promoted and rest changed to a 5 team playoff. Looks a good win for Haven who have won something like 4 out of their last 5 with their only defeat away to Fax which is pretty good form and they may put some clubs noses out of joint next season going for the playoffs. They looked really solid against Fax. The top 6 looks to be done now its just a case of the order and looking at the remaining fixtures it should be pretty tight. Not having to go to France is probably going to be a huge help for Fax. As for the Fax game today Fax dominated the first half and Bradford dominated about 30 minutes of the 2nd half, Fax bench was really light and Bradford looked like they had snook it but when they went for the drop goal with 10 minutes left you just got the impression they were running out of gas which is what happened although it is always nice to score a winning try from what looked like a blatent forward pass.

I've seen somewhere on Facebook it was 4021. Good crowd, good game. Best team won, can't argue with the outcome. Losing a player in the warmup and having to reshuffle the back line didn't help, but ultimately too many individual errors killed us. I'd also suggest TO looked like a team that train full time, whereas we looked like a team that have only trained together once or twice in the last month. On the plus side for Fev, this was never going to be the season defining game, and I'd also suggest that we can play better than we did today. I suspect we'll be meeting again later in the season. Whilst I didn't really move around the ground as it had been requested supporters remained in one spot, every Toulouse score was met with stoney silence. Even when we've played teams with minimal away support before, I've never heard such little noise when the away team scored. 1 Please view my photos. http://www.hughesphoto.co.uk/ Little Nook Farm - Caravan Club Certificated Location in the heart of the Pennines overlooking Hebden Bridge and the Calder Valley. http://www.facebook.com/LittleNookFarm Little Nook Cottage - 2-bed self-catering cottage in the heart of the Pennines overlooking Hebden Bridge and the Calder Valley. dkw
Amazing that Toulouse had no travelling fans, I mean it's not like there's any restrictions for them to come from France at the moment..... 8

I took a lad from work with me today, who is a general sport fan, but primarily football (Burnley season ticket holder) and Rugby Union (former player at Wharfedale). He's seen RL before but never been to a game. He loved it. 3 Please view my photos. http://www.hughesphoto.co.uk/ Little Nook Farm - Caravan Club Certificated Location in the heart of the Pennines overlooking Hebden Bridge and the Calder Valley. http://www.facebook.com/LittleNookFarm Little Nook Cottage - 2-bed self-catering cottage in the heart of the Pennines overlooking Hebden Bridge and the Calder Valley. Get some players back and if their is a playoff decider it will be a huge game. If not, play off final at Post Office Road vs Fax or Bulls wont be bad either.

Cardypaul
I thought it was a very professional performance from Toulouse, they managed to slow the play the ball personally I thought the officials gave them far too many latitude but that’s just my opinion. Fev made far too many mistakes our half backs didn’t quite click but I can understand that on the back of a slow play the ball. One thing is for certain I thought the score line flattered Toulouse and I certainly wouldn’t loose sleep over meeting them in grand final if we both get there.

The clips posted by Fev on twitter showed a couple of French flags being waved in the stand, so presumably at least a couple of UK based supporters there.
