I am the God Almighty, I am the howling wind. I care not for your family; I care not for your kin. voteronniegibbs
There's an advert on tv I saw quite recently, for a food delivery firm. Those boxes of veg that turn up on your doorstep with a recipe card included. The theme song was Enola Gay by OMD. My gob was truly smacked when I heard it, boxes of veg isn't what the Enola Gay was famous for delivering. 2 Wibble

silverback
I dont get these gala bingo adverts, how the hell do you get to go disco dancing and ice fishing if you play???? strange theme in all the gambling and spirits/booze adverts too of late.
Josef K
There seems to be more ads lasting longer nowadays. The ad with Philip Schofield promoting that drinks company is so bloody annoying. The door should be slammed in his face a bit harder, and any empty bottles should be aimed towards him as he’s quickly leaving your front garden.

I believe this year's John Lewis ad will be a similar treatment of You suffer by Napalm Death. 1 "We are easily breakable, by illness or falling, or a million other ways of leaving this earthly life. tonyXIII
My current favourite ad music is the ad for Avanti West Coast Trains. It's a really good track. I thought it was South African, but I googled it and it is Algerian, apparently. I also like the shots of the tortoise skating round a city and then the countryside. Bloody clever, these tortoises! 1 Rethymno Rugby League Appreciation Society Founder (and, so far, only) member.
JohnM
My current favourite is... ...The Mute Button. It comes on in the gap between programme segments. 1 “The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. Dunbar
It may not be everyone's cup of tea... but this is a classic music based ad for me. 1 "The history of the world is the history of the triumph of the heartless over the mindless." — Sir Humphrey Appleby.
