Anybody know if IMG have stated or thinking of minimum stadium requirements for Grade A or Grade B

The only thing I've seen them say is that it will be based on actual existing facilities, not promises. Other than that, no more details coming until March, apparently.

so we will have two league tables, one for the results of games and another for facilities and somehow or another we will use some sort of hybrid to decide who goes down, who goes up and who stays put.

Nah…..bring back the club call…😊

A step up from B grade, comes with an inflatable raft to stop you sinking, B grades have to fight for their rafts.

What happens if a Grade A finishes 12th and a Grade B finishes in 11th?

Ask one guard (it doesn't matter which one) which door the other guard would say leads out.

It's been based on 'promises' with regards facilities since SL started.

In 1972 a crack commando unit
Was sent to prison by a military court
For a crime they didn't commit.
These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade
To the Los Angeles underground
Today, still wanted by the government,
They survive as soldiers of fortune.
If you have a problem,
If no one else can help
And if you can find them
Maybe you can hire the A-team

What i would like IMG to do among other things is contact the person or persons at every club who's in charge of marketing and ask them to contact every every business within 5 miles of the ground and let them know when they are playing their next home game, against who and the KO time and admission prices. Its not rocket science, and only good can come out of it.  Yes it might be time consuming to start with, but their will be benefits for the club. Also as was well some clubs need to do a lot better better on social media than they do now

All the professional clubs do marketing, of course they do.

The best are reportedly Leeds, so all other SL clubs can look to pick up on how they do it to get the best return on their Marketing budget. Clubs will share successful initiatives as they all want to fill each others grounds.

Obviously there are regular supporters and supporters who may need that "enticement" to actually go to a game. Obviously clubs will run initiatives to attract more support, but the bottom line is this costs money to the club and if an initiative scheme pulls in 200 more ticket sales then great.......

Unless the value of those extra sales doesn't cover the cost of the initiative in the first place.

So maybe Leeds put mobile adverts for an upcoming game on the main roads into Leeds at a cost of £5,000, and the result is they sell £3,000 worth of more tickets to the game........

It's a loss.....   IMG don't have a clue as regards Marketing Rugby League. Hetherington knows how to best do it as he and his his team has had years of actually doing it, and of course clubs will regularly speak to each other and share initiatives............

This is why Superleague will not pay IMG up front unless they come up with something new and lucrative

This is also probably why IMG have "left the room"🤣🤣🤣

I would suggest that some clubs are not very good at marketing their home games.

I have been in pubs a mile from grounds on match days and some of the locals weren't  even aware that there is match going on. That is 100% poor marketing by the club. To not know there is a game going on even if you have no interest in the game is extremely poor
