Fancying Leigh in this game, but it will be close.

We are due one. I dont think we have ever beaten Cats at home but with more composure, we can do it.

Just need to contain that grunt up front, because they are huge !!

Leigh by 8

Difficult to know how Leigh will line up. Asiata and Mulhern both uncertain, and a decision to be made on who will play full back.

Leigh need Asiata and Mulhern available and more importantly, fully fit, to have a chance. My fear is that McIntosh is put straight in at full back and everything is disjointed after another change to the spine.

Cats by a few, Leigh played well last week, but still won't be enough to best catalans.

Mulhern out, Asiata on the bench. Bearing in mind Catalans beat Leigh 3 times last year, can’t see how that trend would be stopped. Maybe if we were playing someone placed 5-8 we’d have a chance, but top 3 or 4 just too strong for us.

Ten minutes gone and there hasn't been a single stoppage yet.

Edit: 12:30 and the first stoppage comes from a Catalan knock on.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Hmm absolutely classic example of the VR just being there to repeat whatever the ref said. No evidence that the ball went forward; looked sideways at worst.

No way did that look forward. It looked to come out behind. Even on replay a few times I’m confused how the VR was convinced it was forward.

'Gripping' game in the RU parlance. Catalans look better in the arm wrestle, Leigh have had one attack from slightly freak scenario but nailed their skill and have been very tight in defence.

Leigh have wiped the floor with Catalans second half. Dragons look like Steve Price's Warrington tonight: fine until the last 20m and then no idea what to do with it.

Relatively speaking I think that’s Leigh’s most polished performance in 30 years. Not even exaggerating. Flawless down the middle. Who knew the Moylan-McNamara-Lam triad would work so well? Makes up for watching it in a (frankly outstanding) tandoori tap house in Peterborough while Wigan are losing on the other telly 😂

Always worth having a couple of quid on O Donnell getting a couple 👍

Deserved that. Polished. Defence sound. Need a run and need a run of wins to shake it up.

Happy weekend.

Catalan were not at the races tonight. I was expecting a close game...it was for 40 minutes but once Leigh scored it was one way traffic. Very frustrating team to watch are the Dragons. They can be incredibly brilliant or, like tonight, nothing works. Well played Leigh....deserve the win on the second half performance.
