is this part of the reimagination of the sport?

All I see is an attempt to ilicit more money from existing fans.

How dare the clubs try and make money in different ways from people willing to pay for their products...

I think this is a great move by the way.

This, and sticker albums, are usually really popular with the kids (especially primary age). It's a great way to build knowledge of the stars of our game and make them more well-known.

If marketed well, I think it will go down really well in Hull especially.

That didn't take long.

I think it's a great idea, get the young fans involved.

In principle it's a good idea but they need to be in ASDA next to the kids magazines, not on an obscure, not even most RL fans have heard of, website.

Did you think that about Panini stickers in the 80s?

There digital ain't they.. don't get me wrong id probably in favour if they were real collectors cards

It mentioned foil hologram effect. I assume they're physical cards. If they're digital, then I'm not sure who it's meant to engage.

Can we have league ladders tables. I think (no 100% sure) The Shoot Mag used to do the Football League Ladders. I loved them and spent hours making my own leagues up with the role of a dice.
But then i was told “i was getting a bit too old playing league ladder football”. I said “why” my then misses said “Josef you’re 27yrs of age”.

My mistake the same website has a digital fantasy team game.. it does appear there will be collectable physical cards

This great that they are doing this, there is a serious market for collecting trading cards of all natures.

Shame it's not with either Topps or Pannini as that would have given the cards more substance in terms of value.

Example, a Luke Little signed 1/1 card was on eBay for £15k last week.

Really? Whoever put it on for that is having a laugh, they’ll be lucky to get £50.

They aren't - there is a huge market out there for collectible cards.

Particularly a signed limited edition card.

There's a series on Netflix called the King of Collectibles, I would highly recommend you watch this as it opens your eyes.
