So you're not a big fan then?

Ha! Geddit? Big fan...?

Oh dear.... :P

The poor fans on the thing were going so hard it sounded like it was a jet preparing for takeoff.

But rich for me, I was thinking more along the lines of a deisel estate.

Get a Subaru Forester 2.0 petrol.

Last service cost me £1200

... I dunno how Keith Lard wasn't meant to be Keith Laird at all.

And I've just wound up finding out Barry from Watford on Radio 2 Steve Wright show isn't a real person.

Today on my travels I saw:

  • a wild boar having a snuffle in the road verge
  • a horse being completely spooked by a magpie
  • a septugenarian customer clad only in his leopard print underpants
  • a splendid Chelsea Pensioner called Brian

Old.

We used to have a gardener... we dispensed with her services after she told us she peed in our rosebed.  We asked her why she didn't knock on the door and ask to use our toilet, "oh, I didn't think of that!"

A wise move, if she had known anything about gardening then she would have peed on the compost heap as it's great to activate the composting.

The last government were convinced that we were there to do their bidding. They wasted vast quantities of our money in order to spy on us, intimidate us and needlessly over regulate us, whilst gold plating their own pensions and expenses. Their behind the scenes encouragement of, and turning a blind eye to, the kettling and harrassment tactics of the Police are a shameful episode in our history which we need to remember and address urgently. - Haloman

Over the years, walking home from the pub, I have peed in several people's gardens.

I am doing the ironing whilst watching the British GP.

I'm just after the start finish line.

The union 7s world cup finals day in Moscow seems to be being played in a swimming pool.

The women's games are like wet t-shirt contests...  Brings out the Benny Hill in me watching girls run around in soaked through skin-tight outfits.

Bike thieves are absolute scumbags.

I once had three bikes stolen inside 12 months, I wasn't happy. Then I found somewhere safe to hide it in the Hospitals I was working in, and it stopped.

Royal Marsden I put it in the theatre cylinder store, Guys in the (Large) changing room, St Thomas' in a private courtyard with staff only access, near security. Kings CH had a bike store right next to a large security Portacabin.

May I remind you of the name of this thread?

I for one would not consider that to be uninteresting.
