After our outstanding victory over Dewsbury Rams we have to deal with Featherstone Rovers. Any thoughts anyone?. I think this may be a real arm wrestle which ever way it goes (hopefully ours).

Always tough at Fev,we are capable of giving it a good go for sure. Hopefully a good performance either way,we have to remember we are still on a pretty steep learning curve. The thing we have in abundance is spirit and a great work ethic. Fev will be more disciplined than Dewsbury were most likely,so we cant rely on pens to push us down field, keep our discipline, keep the enthusiasm, play the conditions and no reason why we cant put up a good show. Fev have a more experience in Championship rugby, we have the enthusiasm. Should be a cracker. Looking forward to it.

Agreed with 34.Whilst they may have the experience of campaigning at a higher level. Our lads will have a damn good go at em.Go for it Oldham!.

Fev has been a graveyard for oldham teams for as long as I can remember. Would find it hard to back us for a win there. On paper it's one of the hardest fixtures of the campaign. A win would be an excellent result. Good luck to the lads.

Thought the Big K was closed now?  Not been to Post Office Road for a very long time, used to really enjoy the atmosphere there.  Didn't actually realise how close it is to Ponte Park.  Spent many a fun afternoon there enjoying another pastime

Ha no  I was heavily involved with kite-buggying for a while.  In the middle of the racetrack at Ponte Park a bunch of used to tram about in these (albeit smaller ones than the racing buggy I'm using in the pic)

They eat a piece of cheese with Xmas Cake and have Yorkshire Pudding as a starter and my wife's cousin has pancakes on pancake day with gravy.

 

You want to try living with them, it's crazy.

It was only after moving over the hills that someone pointed out that Fish Chips and Gravy was a bit odd, It'd never occurred to me up until that point but when you think about, it probably is.

Civilisation has hit at least one part of Lahndon (as the locals so quaintly call it) I had Chips and gravy at Harlequins Rugby Union ground the other week (yeah I know but it is at least a form of Rugby)
