That's one hell of a name!

Disappointng there are no French refs on the list.

I am too. There should be some variety. Just because you happen to live close to the two centres for full time officials doesn't make you a better referee.

Anyone you don’t recognise from Super League will be an Aussie. Therefore all Aussie and English.

There is a Kiwi in there

How many French Refs have the qualifications and top level experience?

There are nor PNG or Islander Refs there either for a reason.

Can't be much of a qualification needed if Hicks and Childs are going.

I take it it’s one ref in the comp ? Must be strange working under different rules etc , NRL guys especially . At least they’ve plenty of coaches , although the names of Archer and Ganson don’t fill you with confidence

Just thinking, would you fancy being refer by a French ref on past efforts?

The last couple of times a French ref officiated in a GB v Australia Test series there weren't any problems. In fact they reffed as good as if not better than the usual incumbents.

Pretty sure that's our dogs kennel club name. Better keep an eye on him over the next couple of weeks.

There's a massive shortage of match officials at all levels, maybe some of you should give it a go, after all how hard can it be?
