JonM
That's quite a shock - in my head, she was in her thirties forties. I guess that's what comes of watching 90s videos on youtube.

Old Frightful
Very sad news about Nanci Griffith. I love watching and listening to famous people on programmes like "Desert Island Discs" and hearing why they chose a particular song and what it means to them. Jim Bowen was on one of these types of programmes and he chose "From a distance" by Nanci. He said that many people have covered this song but Nanci Griffith made love to it. A lovely tribute. 1 Sky Sports Jenna Brooks to Jake Connor regarding England selection : "Shaun Wane has said that he's spoken to you about why you were left out, he's also said he's told you what you needed to do more of, I'm interested, what do you need to do more of and did you do it tonight?" Jake Connor : "I don't know, to be honest I haven't spoken to him."

Bedford Roughyed
1 With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!
