London really need to up their game from last week, still too many sloppy penalties given away and last tackle play a joke at times. Not sure Meadows is championship quality

Poor in every sense for me Gubby even between the lug'oles, the guy is far far better than the form he displayed at Leigh, it was though he didn't want to be there, I know he was back on the rebound from Toronto and from what I heard it was implicit instrctions from his missus, perhaps he had to many other things going on in his head.

I was quite impressed with Meadows he showed a lot of good touches, I think if he can keep his spot for the next 6 or so games he will determine whether he has the right credentials to make it.

From the latest game highlights I've watched I've not picked that up but I'm sure you are right having seen all the games.

So where he likely to be Sunday?

He isn't - at least not yet. Keeps running the fifth in (hopelessly) and throws too many poor passes. He's young though. Morgan Smith still injured I think

Line defence was pony last week.... Hoping we are back to the Widnes game form on Sunday

Others disagree in his performance at 1.. . again I am sure you are right... He's made team of the month

If you look carefully at the Championship Team of the Month, you find the following club affiliations:

Toulouse 3

Leigh 3

Featherstone 2

London 2

Widnes 2

Could that be an indicator of the top 5 at season’s end?

Why not?

Do you anticipate that York City Knights will be there? And if so, at whose expense?

I'm not sure how it is an indicator but those clubs are my tips for the Top 5.

Too early to say who’ll be in the top 5 but trying to determine it by the first team of the month after 2 games is nonsense

for someone who was rubbish at leigh  he managed to  score 21 tries in 20 games and 11 goals for good measure

Never questioned his attacking ability , especially when we had Ben Crooks in there as well , as Harry put , maybe he really didn't want to be at Leigh

For the betting I will go something like this:-

Batley Bulldogs v Sheffield Eagles (Scratch)
Dewsbury Rams v Widnes Vikings (Dewsbury +14)
Halifax v York City Knights (Halifax +4)
London Broncos v Featherstone Rovers (London -4)
Oldham v Bradford Bulls  (Oldham +10)
Swinton Lions v Leigh Centurions (Swinton +18)
Whitehaven v Toulouse Olympique  (Haven +16)

Hall isn't a full back

He's looked pretty good so far and has the skill and running game to be effective there. In what way was his positional sense bad?

He was often in the wrong place ?

Also his ' marshalling ' of the defence was non existent at times
