I'm pretty sure this wont be the walkover some people are predicting. Giants have a growing injury list and I expect a response from Hull after their recent setbacks. Hopefully Giants by 12.

We'll come second.

We have a fair few missing sadly, covid linked I imagine.

With recent "form", I'd expect us to get panned by all teams with enthusiasm, as we have none. Irrespective of Huddersfield's injuries, we have no chance.

Get your pessimism in airlie.

I like what you did there.

However, there's no room for optimism in West Hull.

Of course there's room for optimism in West Hull! A quick glance across the river should lift your spirits. 😲

We have a few out for this - will it count if we lose or will it be just because we were pap and shouldn't be losing against this black and whart sard?

Giants to win the game,  but If we win it's because Hull were missing players and are ###### or play in pink or something 😛

Bloody hell, do we now have a "HDL"?

Don't be so defensive, Measty, old lad. When Huddersfield win, it will be because they'll have been better than Hull FC.

So, in summing up and just so you know we're not demeaning your team's efforts...

"When [insert favourite team name here] win, it will be because they'll have been better than Hull FC.

I'm being rather tongue in cheek of course, but when a perceived big club loses to a perceived small club it's almost the done thing to look for reasons why, It's usually injuries or certain players missing, but that often affects both clubs but it's usually only pointed out that the bigger club has these issues.

Usually when Huddersfield win it's not usually because we were better than the opposition, after beating both champion and runner up from last season already this year, we were told it was because the other clubs had "issues" and that despite being top "we hadn't played anyone"

It amuses me rather than angers me 🙂
