Just got in after watching the game in the pub with the sound off. Can’t believe there is no mention of the trip on the Salford defender who would have tackled the Cas scorer of their 2nd try. And no

I really hope I am wrong, but I fear that Cas will overwhelm Salford. Although I don't support Salford, I admire the club for its determination to keep going against the odds and against what seems to

That’s the thing. Macca playing in an underfunded side. Where the owner isn’t interested. And still gets Man of Steel.

Salford still awaiting (I think) some of their better recruits to be available for selection, Cas to win this comfortably.

Yeah hate to say this too.

I'll be supporting Salford tonight, obvioulsy.

But, to fans of both clubs, what little side stories should I be looking out for? Who's coming through and catching the eye?

I know Truman is going very well for cas, apparently.

Any pointers appreciated.

You could have a bet on at least one ex Salford player scoring for Cas. You have a few to select from.

Salford aren't good, still bedding in players and injuries have made that process worse. Cas will win by a few scores

Its hard enough for them being in the no mans land between rugby league territory and rugby union territory, It feels to me as if every time they start to gel, with a stable team and a secure manager,  something or someone comes along and sucks the goodness out of them and they have to start building their strength all over again.

Did the drone footage at the beginning have to show “The home of Sale Sharks”?

Great kick by Richardson. Didn’t seem to excite boring Bill Arthur, sadly.

He was pleased to see Brown run 10m  to the try line though.  Good catch and steal from Watkins.
