Great effort by every player. Nearly everyone looks out on their feet

Yes Warrington looked out on their feet from the first minute. Great effort.

Well done Cas - that was, yes, a classy performance.

USAWRL Atlanta v Delaware has just kicked off on Twitch, but I really do need to get out of the house at least once today.

Clinical in attack Cas, I would be a bit worried about letting 20 in when you are facing Saints in the final.

An honest game, well worth watching. Well done Cas. I doubt they'll trouble the Scousers, though.

Never expected that. Resting all those players last week worked out then.

I think ultimately that made the difference. Castleford looked fresher and ready. Whereas Warrington didn't play with any energy and seemed flat.

And Saints were hanging on until the interception v Hull.

True, but they were still in front.

I don't think the same tactics that Cas used first half will work against Saints, Powell needs to bolster the defence.

Yep. It’s a final and anything can happen. But saints are big favourites.

Some good players but overall mentally weak.

I think there’s a Latin motto there that could be stitched into the club badge.

This match has broader implications. Despite having three outstanding attacking players in Widdop, Clarke and Mamo, Warrington could not get even close to overhauling Castleford. This tells me that Warrington will not be winning the Super League this year, even if by some miracle they even make it to Old Trafford. The team is poorly coached.

Clearly, the only club that can topple St Helens in any final is Catalans.

At least Warrington fans can look forward to 2022, when they will acquire a very good coach in Daryl Powell.

Incidentally, Powell, who has represented Great Britain as a player, also has extensive experience as a player in Australia.

Congratulations to Cas and their fans, that was a great performance.

Good luck in the final.

Well said, as disappointed as I am in our performance, the best team won and were really slick, had they been doing that to someone else it would have been a good watch!

Good luck Cas.

So we're Hull in 1983 HUGE favourites and look how turned out.
